Low and slow roasted hog, lamb, chicken, beef and veggie options. Served from our own tables with cloths. Our mobile roasters are wheeled into the castle and we serve our fork tender meat with loads of salads, stuffing, fresh baps and the best crackling in the south west.

Our Big Bastard BBQ - custom made, 2.2m charcoal BBQ is wheeled in for a bit of theatre and some amazing BBQ. Salads and sides all included.

From a traditional English style to fullk on American style pulled pork, brisket, wings with our award winning sauces.

Served from our Airstream style trailer outside the castle walls on the car park or inside the walls from our trailer oven. Delicious pizzas served by the slice. Toppings to be chosen by you and named as you wish.

A HUGE 1.2m diameter pan comes to the castle and we cook up a visually stunning and wonderful smelling paella for your guests. Served with garlic cheesy bread, salad and salsas
